Prior to joining PCO Bookkeepers & M&A Specialists, Matt spent nearly five years in public accounting with Deloitte. While at Deloitte, he performed audit, assurance and accounting advisory services for the financial services industry with a primary focus on hedge fund and private equity clients. Matt is a CPA licensed in the state of New Jersey and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He attended James Madison University, where he obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration degree and Master of Science in Accounting.
Matt brings a strong background in processes, internal controls and financial reporting to the PCOB team and our clients. He also developed and leads our Customer Pricing Analysis service line.
When not working, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and cheering on the
New York Mets and Jets.
