Marc Wagner joins PCO Bookkeepers & M&A Specialists as a Merger & Acquisition Financial Analyst. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics & Information Technology from Rutgers Business School and is currently pursuing his Master of Accountancy in Accounting & Analytics at Rutgers University–Newark, with plans to obtain his CPA.

Marc’s strong analytical background and passion for accounting led him toward the M&A space. He enjoys transforming complex financial data into clear, value-driven insights. His experience includes financial reporting, cost analysis, data transformation and building automated reporting tools across both accounting and consulting environments.

In his role at PCOB, Marc looks forward to applying his blend of accounting knowledge, data expertise, and financial modeling skills to support clients through the M&A process.

Outside the office, Marc enjoys playing guitar, going to concerts, going to the gym and traveling.
