For the third year, PCO Bookkeepers & M&A Specialists is honoring dozens of pest control and lawn care companies for reaching notable growth milestones in their businesses. This year, 37 firms earned a Pinnacle Performance Award for hitting $1 million, $3 million or $5 million in revenue in 2024. All the honorees are PCOB clients.

The average 2024 year-over-year revenue growth is 36 percent for Pinnacle Performance Award winners. In addition to growth, PCOB clients focus on operational efficiency, which is key to profitability. The 2024 average gross profit percentage among Pinnacle Performance Award winners is 55 percent, up from 52 percent in 2023.

PCO Bookkeepers & M&A Specialists provided the award winners with engraved plaques to display in their offices and digital marketing resources to help them promote their recognition.

Among the Pinnacle Performance Award winners:

• 6 clients achieved $5 million, including: Natural State Pest Control
• 15 clients reached $3 million, including: Four Seasons Pest Control, Insectek Pest Solutions, North Fulton Pest Solutions, Nutri-Green, Pied Piper Services of North America and Ransford Environmental Solutions
• 16 clients hit $1 million, including: Bug N A Rug, Mills Pest Management, Paul’s Termite & Pest Control, Pest Control Consultants-Iowa, Solid Green Lawn & Landscape and Titan Pest & Wildlife

The following firms are among the Pinnacle Performance Award winners but prefer not to disclose their revenue: Frames Pest Control, Getem Termite and Pest Control and Crown Pest Control.
