Steve brings several decades of financial expertise as an analyst, a structured finance specialist and buyside director for a Fortune 50 firm. He holds an MBA from the Rutgers Graduate School of Management with a concentration in finance, earning the Dean’s Fellowship award. He’s also a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.
Steve started his career as a financial analyst in the independent energy field. Next, he led M&A transactions for Verizon Wireless, successfully completing over 80 transactions valued at over $45 billion. Steve has appeared as an expert witness, representing Verizon in several lawsuits where he provided expert testimony in federal and state court and authored a Fair Market Value report to support Verizon’s position in one of the suits.
